Job Description:

Seeking a Oracle Functional Advanced Benefits (OAB) Lead Consultant for a 6+ month project in Burlington, MA.

Our client is seeking a Lead Oracle Advance Benefits (OAB) consultant for a new R12 implementation.

The resource needs to have extensive Oracle HRMS experience and at least 2-3 full life cycle implementations for Oracle Advanced Benefits.

The client is currently implementing most of the Core HRMS modules and the team is in place, they need to add this resource to be the lead for the new implementation of the Advance Benefits module.

This client uses Fast Formula with their Advance Benefits module, therefore strong experience working with Fast Formula set-ups is required as well as strong client facing abilities is required.
