Responsibilities and Objectives
* Setup and maintain Customer Profile and enterprise master data
• Subject matter expertise for master data across the enterprise (Legacy and Embrace)
• Subject matter expertise on the Customer Profile application
• Follows best practices for master data management
• Assimilating, analyzing and documenting data processes associated with the Customer Profile and management of enterprise master data,
• Establishing quality timeliness checks for the Customer Profile and enterprise master data
• Knowledge - Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
• Job Complexity - Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
• Key player on new customer implementations and existing customer migrations
• Provide effort estimations for implementations and migrations projects
• Collaborate with software development teams to ensure streamlined application functionality


Qualifications
• Supervision - Normally receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new projects or assignments from senior level profile data specialists.
• Must be a team player
• Experience/Education - Generally requires a minimum of two years of related experience. Generally requires a bachelor's degree.
• SQL query writing skills required.
• Knowledge of relational database principles required.
