Need Java Lead (TX, 6+Months)

 

Title: Technical Lead

Job Location: Houston, TX

Contract      : 6+ Months

 

Technical Lead  - J2EE – Spring, Hibernate

 

?         Good communication skills, Client handling & Team management (offshore and/or onsite) experience.

?         Experience in Spring (Spring-MVC), Hibernate framework based web applications, Ajax, Web services.

?         Has good knowledge of Core Java, Struts, ESB, SOA.

?         Test-driven development (TDD) experience using frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, etc.

?         Experience or Knowledge of Agile methodology based project execution.

?         Analyze requirements based on given specifications.

?         Conduct code reviews and independent unit testing.

?         Prepare Technical Documentation, Application Designing experience.

?         Prepare test cases and testing.

?         Follow standards and project plan.

?         Able to analyze and troubleshoot the issues in J2EE applications.
