Required Technical Skill Set: Informatics MDM and IDQ 9.5.1,Data base concepts

Desired Experience Range : 6+ years

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have:
Support experience in application development using Informatics MDM and IDQ 9.5.1.

Strong knowledge in Master Data Management

Exceptional problem solving skills and knowledge of SDLC methodologies

Good-to-Have: Experience with Healthcare

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1Analyze, design, code, install, test, maintain, document and provide technical support
2Working on Technical enhancements if required
3Flexible to work in Shift Operations
4Strong written and verbal communications skills
5Previous experience on support project and understanding of SLA
6Ability to debug quickly and resolve the issue
7Ability to work in dynamic startup environment
8Strong analytical and organizational skills to set and accomplish goals
9Participate in technical design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of support tickets for all phases of the SDLC lifecycle
10 Strong knowledge in data modeling concepts.
