Title: Senior .Net Architect

Location: Nashville, TN (Preferred)/Jersey City, NJ

Duration: 6 Months

Start: ASAP

 

Locals preferred

 

Mandatory: C#.NET, Excel VSD, WCF

Desired: SharePoint, PowerView, Reporting Services, SSAS, Capital Markets, Risk Reporting

 

Duties:

 

Minimum of 7 + Years of Experience

Market Risk Technology is looking for a Development Manager/Technical lead for Central Reporting Platform which is being built using Microsoft Technologies.The ideal candidate will have very strong hands on knowledge of C#.Net/WCF/VSTO and SharePoint technologies. The candidate is expected to quickly learn/enhance and contribute to the existing platfrorm as well as work towards the Strategic Reporting platform that will be built using SharePoint technologies. The system serves a large user base spread globally and the candidate is expected to work on a fast paced environment and multitask effectively. The candidate is expected to lead a team of 6-8 developers, face-off Senior stake holders from business and manage all development activities.

 

Qualifications:

 

•             Over 8+ years’ experience in Microsoft Technologies

•             Strong Architecture and design skills

•             Hands on knowledge of C#, WCF, VSTO and Multi-threading

•             Knowledge of SharePoint Technologies, Power Pivot, Power View and PerformancePoint Dashboards is a big plus

•             Experience dealing with multiple data sources and large datasets

•             Knowledge of design patterns and architectural patterns.

•             Strong analytic problem-solving, critical-thinking skills.

•             Good communication skills

•             Proactive and Strong desire to learn new technologies
