Job Description:
Skills Must Have:
· Good Knowledge on Windows 2000/2003/2008
· Good Hands on experience on IIS, Active Directory
· Basic Knowledge on SQL 2000/2005
· Basic Knowledge on Citrix Metaframe
· Good troubleshooting skills and understanding of Windows components such as DNS, DHCP, COM, SSO
· Good documentation skills
· ITIL process knowledge
· Knowledge on VMWARE, virtualization technologies
Skills Desirable:
· Knowledge on SharePoint Technologies
· Knowledge on scripting
· Leadership skills
· Knowledge on Remote infrastructure support model
· Good Co-ordination skill
· Cloud Computing
