We are looking for a Technical Test Lead– Performance Testing to support world's leader in providing IT consulting and software services to the finest global organizations client.
This is a 6 months Contract based in Irvine, CA/Los Angeles, CA

Location: Irvine, CA/Los Angeles, CA
Duration: 6 months Contract.
Job Description:
In the role of Technical Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients' business needs. Qualifications Basic
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
• At least5 years of experience with Performance Testing
Preferred
• At least 5years of experience in Performance testing, analysis (client side and server side) and reporting Skills
• Strong understanding and collection of of non-functional requirements with various stakeholders
• At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test Design; Solid experience in preparation and execution of Performance test scripts
• At least 4 years of experience in tools like HP Load Runner, HP Diagnostics, DynaTrace or CA Introscopealong with Open Source and Native Performance tools for Web/App and DB layers
• Experience withFinancial domain
• Knowledge in debugging of performance scripts, identification of performance issues using monitoring tools; Interaction with various stake holders for performance issue resolution
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Conceptual knowledge of PT phases and pre-requisites for data setup
• Strong Analytical skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
