SAP Certified Consultant in C_E2E100_713: Root Cause Analysis for SAP Solution Manager 7.1
Expert in SAP Solution Manager with over 2 years of experience in consulting and implementation of various Solution Manager features.
Experience in working in SAP Solution Manager 7.0 EhP1, 7.1
Implemented latest release Solution Manager 7.1 SP10.
Implemented End-User Experience Monitoring
Configured Technical Monitoring, Root Cause Analysis, Data Volume Management
Experience in SAP Basis (Implementation, Support and Upgrade Projects)
Experience in SAP Solution Manager (Implementation, Support and Upgrade Projects)
Installed Wily introscope 9.1.0.2 and involved in the architecture change from MoM to Standalone
Configured Various Tools and features in Solution Manager including Diagnostics, EWA, Interactive Reporting, System Monitoring, IT Calendar for a landscape with 100+ SAP Instances
Worked with SAP on custom development project for IT Calendar enhancement to use 'IT Calendar as Single Source of Truth
Technology:
