Job Title: Project Manager
Work Location: Mansfield, MA (prefer locals)
Duration: 6+ months contract

Job Description
1. Minimum of 12-15 Years’ experience in Project Management (end to end), with specific experience on Data Security and Identity management projects.
2. Experience in Information Classification and Data Security Management using appropriate security controls
3. Experience and Knowledgeable on Data Leakage Protection
4. Knowledge on applicable privacy and data protection laws, regulations, and standards (preferably on HLS)
 


Job Requirements: Project management Experience
1. Organization and leadership
a. Planning and control
b. Budget management
c. Resource management
d. Risk management and issue resolution
e. Change management
f. Quality management
2. Define team structure and project governance groups
3. Identify key stakeholders, create RACI and communicate roles and responsibilities
4. Negotiate resources or funding necessary to fulfill the project
5. Define and maintain detailed project plans which have measurable phases, milestones and slack
6. Identify and manage project scope
7. Define and agree specific and measurable project success criteria with key stakeholders
8. Identify, review and present all Change Requests to governance groups
9. Prepare impact analysis against scope, schedules and budget
10. Create, maintain and report against a cross project schedule and resource management plan
11. Create and maintain Business Case focused on:
12. Financial Management of project budget (including budget analysis)
13. Definition of Benefits Realization Plan signed off by Business Owner/Project Sponsor
14. Maintain all relevant data within Client centralized project tracking tool
15. Identify, mitigate and review Risk and Issue Logs
16. Assume ownership for all project level risks and issues
17. Escalate and manage critical risks and issues
18. Establish and maintain PPMO standards in line with Business Owner and Project Sponsor needs
19. Comply with all Corporate Policies, Standards, Procedures and Processes
