Big Data Architect
- Should have 5+ years of Experience and strong coding background on Hadoop infrastructure.
- Developing Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, NoSQL, text mining and other big Data Analytics.
- Strong Concept of Big Data Architecture along with tools being used on Hadoop eco system to give proper direction on which tool suites where.
- Should have a knowledge on ELT/ETL tools like Data meer and Talend on Hadoop platform.
- Writing code, completing programming and documentation, and performing testing and debugging of applications
- Strong understanding of map reduce concepts and strong on coding map reduce programs.
- API knowledge along with Hadoop would be preferred.
- Interacting with data scientists and industry experts to understand data needs.
- Requires experience working with very large data sets and knowledge of building programs that leverage Hadoop and MPP platforms
- Understanding of tools like Map Reduce, Sqoop, Flume, Mahout, MongoDB and Cassandra
- Knowledge of Big Data technology and tools with the ability to share ideas among a collaborative team and drive the team based on technical expertise and sharing best practices from past experience.
- In memory tools like Platfora, Kognitio along with self BI tools like Tableau, Visual insight should be plus sign.
- Can able to work in agile manner and work with large teams to deliver reporting/BI products via batch or Online.
