TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient in working in a Windows 2008 Server and Network environment. Certification is a plus.
• Strong diagnostic, break/fix skills, to include documentation of the process.
• Proficient in configuring and diagnosing issues with the following products:
• EMC TimeFinder
• EMC Solutions Enabler
• EMC Storage with DMX3 and DMX4.
• SAN Devices: Brocade, McDATA, CISCO switches, and associated hardware. CCNA is a plus.
• EMC Storage Certification is a plus (E10-001) Information Storage and Management.
