Position: SABA LMS Consultant

Location: Cupertino, CA

Duration: 6 months

 

 The LMS Consultant will be responsible for leading implementation and configuration of SABA LMS software. The consultant will be a high energy, "figure-it-out" individual that should be able to deliver projects on time and on budget with maximum customer satisfaction.

The consultant is responsible for successfully establishing functional relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service in a cost-effective and timely manner. This role is also accountable for delivering services in accordance with established Infosys processes/standards.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct Requirement gathering workshop with client's stakeholders

Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis for meeting the customer learning requirement

Conduct an Organizational Readiness Assessment

Conduct Configuration Workshops

Lead data migrations / HRIS integration / Single Sign On with technical assistance

Lead courseware integration with technical assistance

Apply knowledge of industry trends in training / performance and talent management

Consult on training organization / performance management best practices

Manage contract deliverables and timelines

Manage and lead system integration of Client's module services

Identify best practices for product configurations
