- Strong 14+ years of Project Management experience.
- Experience in managing multiple SAP FICO project and/or SAP Procure to Pay projects
- Experience in Procure to Pay is a plus
- Core Competencies
- SDLC, ITIL, Agile experience (mix of, or all if possible)
- IT Project Management (project managing software deliverables from design to go-live to support)
- SAP Finance and Source-to-Pay Experience (one or the other, or both if possible)
- Offshore engagement experience
- Core Responsibilities
- Tracking and delivering IT deliverables through a "software factory"; WRICEF objects, interfaces, Informatica etc.
- Working w/ offshore, and local delivery teams, to complete development, test, delivery, go-live, support of development objects
- Working on multiple projects at a time; 50-100 development objects
- Project and demand planning for software deliverables
- Coordination across various local and off-site teams, including solution integrators
- Education and Certification
- IT and/or MIS education (BA, BS, MS etc.)
- PMP, Agile, TOGAF certifications are nice to have
- Tools (mix of most, if possible): SharePoint, MS Project, Excel, SAP Solution Manager (optional), HP PPM/ALM, HP Quality Center, Aris and/or IndustryPrint, BPM tools
