Job Description:
As a Test Manager , you will be responsible for managing the managing and directing the system test activities for a large-scale Customer Facing applications including B2B (SAP Hybris Commerce Platform), B2C (Sitecore Platform) and CRM (Salesforce.com) applications being deployed to multiple users across the United States and Canada, especially as the system evolves over multiple releases. You must be able to develop an approach for full system integration test of the technical implementation of the Customer Facing applications to include integration of all hardware, software, and network components with emphasis on Interoperability, Interfaces, Data Management, Data Validation, System Performance, Security, COOP, Disaster Recovery, Reliability/Availability/Maintainability (RAM), Training, and Help Desk.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Must be able to write detailed test plans, understand scenario and script development, and requirements traceability.
- The Test Manager must have knowledge of Agile and Waterfall Project Management methodologies and assess the implementation into the test approach.
- Must be able to develop a framework for automated testing using the Tosca Test Suite and Selenium with Appium for Responsive testing.
- The Test Manager shall collect, track and report test metrics and brief senior leadership on test status.
- Shall have knowledge of enterprise-level applications, including ERP, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), CRM (Salesforce), data warehouses, etc. and ERP applications (e.g., CAMS/AS400, SAP).
- Minimum 10 years of test management experience
- E-Commerce Software Testing Experience is a must
- Ability to manage the different stakeholders

- Knowledge of database testing, mainframe testing, validation of text, html, excel and other files through automation.
Responsibilities
- knowledge of all aspects of the software engineering process
- Responsible for planning, controlling, estimating, monitoring and reporting of all test activities during the Sprint Level Testing, SIT and UAT Project Phases
- Strong coordination between the Test Manager and the Project Leader regarding test planning issues.
- Define and update the project specific Test Plan .
- Ensure availability and quality of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Define test cases for execution.
- Coordinate availability of sufficient and reliable test data.
- Ensure and control test execution including AUTOMATION
- Create and distribute test reports (e.g. test progress and defect reports).
- Organize Defect Management.
- Evaluate test results for operations readiness
- Create and distribute defect reports during stabilization.
- Represent the test team in the project committees
- Coordination with the appropriate contacts (Project Leader, Business, Design, IT development, IT operation, related projects, etc.)
- Identify and manage test risks.
- Support Go-Live activities
- Share best practices with production support teams
- people skills, especially diplomacy and advocacy skills
- experience programming or managing programming teams (desirable).
