Title: ServiceNow Software Engineer

Salary: Up to $105K+ 10% bonus in addition to salary
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are now looking for a ServiceNow Consultant who is strong with customizations. We need to build out similar functionality to MS Project in ServiceNow and need a full time employee to come on to build/support it.
The ServiceNow Software Engineer is responsible for ensuring availability and maintenance of ServiceNow application. Furthermore, this position will maintain upgrades, provide enhancements, outline best practices, and develop customizations within ServiceNow. The ServiceNow Engineer will analyze user requirements and develop custom contents for all modules purchased.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop ServiceNow software solutions.
Provide requested enhancements to existing implementation.
Create test environments in test instances.
Maintain, implement, and test all upgrades from ServiceNow.
Work with PMO to provide testing validations prior to implementation
Work with business teams to provide automated workflows.
Provide assistance with scripting of business rules, UI Policies, workflows, etc.
Configure Orchestration such as Password Reset and Domain account unlocks.
Provide solutions to business problems.
Configure and maintain categories, groups, and other fields.
Generate and configure reporting and views.
Have full understanding of ITIL / ITSM best practices.
Sit on ServiceNow Advisor board for company.
Deliver custom applications within ServiceNow.
Maintain ticket and records of all work performed and customizations.
Research new ways to enhance business cases with ServiceNow.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience implementing, configuring, and developing SaaS.
Previous experience with JavaScript, one or more Web Services, MYSQL, HTML/CSS, and XML.
Previous experience with MS SQL Reporting.
Understanding daily operations and mapping with ServiceNow.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience.
ServiceNow Administrator Certification.
ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification preferred.
ITIL Certification
