RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

This position will be focused on high level Avaya telecom design, leadership, and engineering. This person will be responsible for engineering and maintenance of Avaya Telecom equipment.  This resource will also be responsible for leading a team of Telecom Engineers, but also will be hands-on in regards to Telecom requirements. They will report to a Sr. Avaya Telecom Architect.

 

 

Technical Requirements:

• 7 / 10 years' experience with Cisco Contact Center Systems as a future state transition strategy.
• SME level expertise with building Call Center technology components.
• Experience with designing and transitioning to variable-length dial plans, addressing dial-plan overlaps and conflicts
• Experience with Oracle Session Border Controller (SBC).
• Experience with Oracle Enterprise Operations Monitor (EOM)
• Assess the current Avaya Contact Center design, identify gaps / provide corrective action plans as necessary
