Job Description - 8+ Years of experience? Working with Manager, develops end-to-end automation test plans; execute the plan and manage all activities in the plan to ensure that all the automation objectives are met. ? Architecting, developing, and maintaining existing Test Automation Framework, currently developed under Selenium Web driver. ? Guiding and adapting the automation strategy based on the adoption of new technology like Docker, .Net Core framework, microservices etc. ? Working and guiding team on different projects and coming up with a strategy for different applications using Azure, On Premise, Mobile etc. ? Leads complex test automation efforts using Selenium, C#, JavaScript for Agile software projects. ? Provides technical leadership, mentoring, and strategic direction to QA, Development and Business teams. ? Develop, debug, and maintain test data, test environments and test scripts that validate the quality of the software product and that it is functioning as required. ? Assess interface design and implementation with an emphasis on usability for a variety of applications and user levels. Can communicate this information back to the QA team, development team and executives. ? Design and execute system performance, load, and benchmark testing. ? Participate as a member of an Agile Team. ? Support testing, deployment, and monitoring of applications. ? Work as a team to develop optimal solutions that meet customers and business needs. Train and supervise the work product of other software testers.
