Job Description:

 

We're looking for a DevOps engineer to help us build and maintain our CI and CD infrastructure as we scale and grow.

 

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain, extend and build CI and CD pipelines.
• Triage failures and bugs, improve related automation.
• Work with team to ship regular releases on Windows Store and iOS.

 

Top 3 skills:

 

• Software Development experience and experience in testing, deploying, operating, and/or supporting medium to large scale apps or services
• Continuous Integration infrastructure with automation 
• Continuous Deployment and issue tracking 

 

Requirements:

• Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies
• Continuous Integration infrastructure with automation 
• Continuous Deployment and issue tracking 
• Git version control and branching strategies 
• Package management (production and consumption) such as NuGet or equivalent 
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related engineering discipline, or equivalent industrial experience.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (previously known as VSTS or TFS), Jenkins or other cloud-based build automation/CI systems.
• Excellent communications skills to work with diverse teams.
• 1-3+ years software development experience and experience in testing, deploying, operating, and/or supporting medium to large scale apps or services.

 

Nice to have:

• Dashboarding experience with PowerBI or similar tools.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
• Scripting experience (e.g. Python, PowerShell, Perl, etc.).
• Familiarity with modern .NET technologies (MSBuild, Visual Studio, PowerShell, UWP, Xamarin, .NET Core).
• C# development experience.
• JavaScript development experience.
