Responsibilities include tracking the DSO team's engagement across multiple projects for providing build and deployment support.Work with the DSO squads to ensure that user reported issues, feature requests for the CICD pipelines are addressed. Triage escalations from projects based on risk to project, compliance, or security – report any irregularities immediately. Assist in the creation of dashboards and hosting weekly stand ups for inflight releases. Proactive escalations of risks, areas to watch, resource hot/cold spots, release conflicts that need leadership attention.  Work with the DSO squads to ensure consolidation and automation as part of key DevOps – CI/CD initiative.  Manage relationships and positively influence the various teams involved to ensure full engagement.• Work with DSO leadership and team to enhance standards around Release Management          o Provide input into the creation of dashboards for Release Management and CICD releases          o Track the DSO team's engagement in multiple concurrent projects/initiatives          o Assist in the review and approval of the project deliverables          o Work with the DSO squads to ensure that user reported issues, feature requests for the CICD pipelines are addressed          o Triage escalations from projects based on risk to project, compliance, or security – report any irregularities   immediately• Assist in the creation of Release Plans, Release Checkpoints and execution• Timely identification and escalation of any risks related to a release and assist the Release Manager in effective risk remediation• Represent the Release Management team in the CAB meetings• Provide timely, effective, clear and concise communications• Solid understanding of DevSecOps, Agile, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery• Solid understanding of newer Release Management and related solutions for DevSecOps CI/CD – including but not limited to Jenkins, Maven, OpenShift, Puppet, Docker, Splunk, Ansible• Experience in providing CI/CD pipeline onboarding support to several development teams• You LOVE creating new processes that follow industry standard best practices around ITIL, COBIT and DevOps• You embrace change• As an experienced Release Manager – you understand the air traffic controls (phase gates) needed to minimize risk and maximize time to value for introducing change into the environment• Agile is in your DNA – interacting with and providing phase gates to developers whether it is business as usual or new product introduction – is your cup of tea.• You understand the rigor and compliance (GLB, Basel I & II, PCI, HIPAA, SOX and COBIT) needed for a world class financial institution to comply with multi-national regulations• Demonstrating an unparalleled work ethic by producing complete, polished deliverables with a persistent mission-focused, confidently asks “Why?” as often as necessary to get to the root of the matter• Forthright by speaking with conviction, pushes back based on understanding, and respectfully• Acting honorably by knowing what’s right, what’s appropriate and acts accordingly•Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects, initiatives•Experience in coordination and facilitation of release management processes and procedures•Experience in providing CI/CD pipeline onboarding support to the development teams•Understanding of the solution delivery lifecycle and relationship to release management• Solid understanding of DevOps, Agile, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery•Solid understanding of newer Release Management and related solutions for DevSecOps CI/CD – including but not limited to Jenkins, Maven, OpenShift, Puppet, Docker, Splunk, Ansible• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance directives affecting banking• PMP desired or at least equivalent experience in Project/Program management best practices• Banking or Financial Services industry is a plus• 5+ years’ experience leading Release, Change, Development, and/or Program Management for DevOps• 5+ years’ experience with Agile Methodologies, ITIL/COBIT• Undergraduate degree in computer science, information technology, or any engineering field, or equivalent experience• Experience in the banking or finance industries preferredInitiative, innovation, thoroughness, and collaborationInfluencing skills, results orientationStakeholder partnership, change advocateStrong organizational skills and the ability to multitask; sets priorities and follows a timelineAbility to hold oneself accountableExperience facilitating meetings of cross functional skill sets with specific agendas and timelinesClear, concise communication skills in both oral and written formatProven ability to manage, track, and report on process outcomesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to determine criticality and priority based on facts at hand
