This role requires experience in IT Configuration Manager process owner role with ServiceNow configuration management process and CMDB knowledge.
Has ITSM experience and Configuration Management, Discovery/CMDB experience
3 years experience in facilitating the delivery of successful agile projects. 
Leads others to solve complex problems and takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions.
May manage professional staff and or projects. Is accountable for the overall performance and results of the team project.
