Required Skills:
9+ years overall experience in IT with relevant 3-5 years of experience as Data Analyst
Must have experience in SQL (Excellent query writing skills)
Exposure of working in R / Python
Exposure in data modeling, data cleansing
Must have experience with debugging, relational database, and data base structure.
Experience in handling reporting packages like Business Objects, programming (Javascript, XML, or ETL frameworks), databases
Good to have experience on Azure, Data ware housing concepts.
Duties & Responsibilities
Work with Business Analysts and data SMEs to understand business requirements.
Manage and interpret large amounts of complex data across healthcare, Infrastructure and Financial domains.
Organizes, sorts and filters data to distinguish patterns and recognize trends.
Selects, recommends, and applies appropriate analytic and statistical methodologies and techniques to execute against an analysis plan or research objectives.
Engages with data SMEs to understand data being analyzed.
Identify and develop key metrics, enhance reporting, and formulate areas of analytic focus to better capture and manage the business performance.
Communicating business trends using reports and optimizing reports and business requirement focus.
When required, liaise with members of global teams involved in the projects on product delivery.
Research exceptions and recommends appropriate approach to resolutions.
Communicates effectively with leadership and analysts across teams.
Facilitate meetings; track project tasks and status; track roadblocks and issues; raise project risks; and write meeting minutes
