JOB DESCRIPTION : 
Infrastructure Automation Engineer (IAE) is essentially a Software Developer who has skills on a Cloud Platform, Cloud Domain Specific Language (DSL) (like Pulumi Cloud Formation, etc) , Cloud API’s, Source Code repositories, Orchestration Frameworks like (Jenkins, CodeFresh, etc), Networking, Cloud Security Infrastructures to configure the desired Infrastructure based on the design for the Cloud Infrastructure.
This role is responsible for managing Platform Infrastructure Engineering team and to –  

Platform engineers and develop the capabilities of that team through hiring, mentoring, and hands-on management
Guide the technical direction of platform architecture
Represent the Platform team across the company, from understanding business priorities and aligning team's work to them, to managing the largest budget items (e.g. AWS), to ensuring the platform meets the information security requirements of enterprise customers
Assists the team with integration of the application with the infrastructure components where required and ensuring that the application is able to leverage all the capabilities of the Cloud Provider.
Ensures integrity and security of the data and product being built. Provisioning Cloud Infrastructure Security that satisfies the data and application security requirements.
Develop production support models designed to enhance response times and maintain high availability of all production infrastructure components and systems
Partner with teams across the company to build a platform that supports our Infrastructure, Data, and Product engineering organizations
