Title: Data Analyst
Location: California
 
Note: Heavily use Dynatrace and Splunk here at Customer Side. These are the two primary sources of data for EO team in addition to other data sources like Databases, App Store reviews etc.  
Candidates in this role should have hands-on experience mining data from these tools, creating Dynatrace dashboards and very good Data Analysis skills to analyze and get meaningful insights from data.
Mobile Experience Optimization Team
 
 
JD:
3-6 years of hands-on mobile application support/development experience in iOS/Android mobile application
Experience in analyzing Dynatrace and Splunk logs for mobile app crashes/performance issues/user feedback
Analyzing App Store feedback
Proactively identify problem areas looking at app performance data patterns
Conduct root cause analysis of production issues
Identify fixes working with developers/engineers and tech lead
work with the product owner to develop user stories and prioritization
Working experience in KANBAN/SCRUM methodologies
