Location: Remote (Anywhere in the US, Canada)
Duration: 12 months+
Responsibilities
• Help foster a vision, creativity, and collaboration between teams and outside of your area of ownership
• Evangelize design thinking at the company, resulting in tangible improvements across our portfolio of products – as well as to how we approach and solve customer/user problems
• Drive change through user insight – resulting in improvements to the PepsiCo eComm experiences
• Act as liaison between our design team and our product/engineering leadership team to develop a roadmap for future features and improvements, ensuring design is always working on the most impactful initiatives.
• Help build a design culture and be ambassador of design within the extended organization
• Elevate quality of user experience for the design team.
Qualifications/Requirements
• 10+ years of relevant design experience
• Experience working on enterprise or consumer facing products across multiple platforms
• A strong sense of user empathy
• Humble, driven, and motivated to ship the best product
• You're very comfortable both giving and receiving direct feedback
