Infra Project Coordinator (E2E Systems - Repairs / Maintenance / Health - Program Management)

Long Term
 
Manage End to End (E2E) product lifecycle (PLC) of software tools with specific focus on repairs, maintenance and health that deliver server capacity with speed and keep it running. 
Collect and triage user feedback - bugs, feature requests, user feedback / satisfaction surveys
Identify and draft Business Requirements Doc, support product managers in drafting Product Requirements Doc. 
Identify risks and plan to mitigate them so as to land products on time. 
Design User Acceptance Tests (UATs) to verify and validate developed software products. 
Manage phase gate reviews - logistics, review presentations, approvals, interaction with product review committees. 
Design and implement Pilot Plan to pilot developed software products at selected Google data centers. 
Design and implement a global roll out plan to complete deployment of developed software products in Google Data Centers globally. 
Manage weekly and monthly updates on product plan, progress and problems. 
Encourage innovation, process improvements, and solutions within functional areas.
