Lambdas, API Gateway, ECS, Fargate, SNS, SQS, global instance understanding on Dynamo / Redis. These are tools we use heavily in everyday operations and for enhancements.
ood understanding/knowledge on AWS services 
Resources should have capability to build docker images as they are doing application modernization
GIT knowledge is required as Pepsi uses GIT as a repository. So our resource should have understanding the access between GIT and AWS
Good understanding on AWS
Kubernetes security
How to establish a connectivity to Kubernetes cluster in a secured manner
Good understanding on data encryption during transit and at rest
Good understanding on CI/CD work flow
Azure devops is a tool they are using to push the image to AWS. If the resource has knowledge on Jenkins , he could manage Azure Devops
Amazon RDS
Resource has basic understanding about RDS instance creation
Basic understanding on SqlServer and Aurora in terms of how to backup and restore the data
