Job Description :
The Business Analyst will function as a conduit between teams to define requirements and 
shape systems necessaryto meet business goals. ability to understand business goals and 
develop processes (operational process steps + systems that automate those processes). 
They work with the end user in mind so that process design and workflows will be based on optimal user experience.
Turnberry is leading program management, change management, and product strategy with Lifespark and is 
looking to extend the team to add Business Analysts to accelerate the From and To Be for clinical operations.
Engage with business leaders to understand how data driven changes to process, products, services and software can improve efficiencies and add value.
Complete process workflows and requirements documentation for end to end processes
Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
Create detailed business analysis, outlining problem, opportunities and solutions
Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
Conduct financial modeling to provide insights that drive decision making and align resource allocation within the budget
Establish and maintain business, clinical and operational reporting
Assist in conducting research on products to meet agreed upon requirements and to support purchasing efforts.
Prepare reports and insights that are logical and understandable for the team and topic
3+ years of experience with healthcare payers, bringing domain expertise and knowledge of the healthcare industry
3+ years as business analyst
Salesforce experience is preferred
Athena EMR experience is preferred
