Business Analyst for ServiceNow in ITOM platform product
Skills:
Senior BA ServiceNow position (6+ yrs experience in ServiceNow) Details of the role are as below.
• Experience with trouble shooting Discovery issues with known and unknown IPs and any network devices
• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM module, Data Federation, and CMDB Structure
• Agile/ITIL Certification.
• Translate customer requirements into stories and acceptance criteria
• Work with the development team to review technical requirements and design approach.
• Expertise with tools such as Postman, and DB Visualizer
• Ability to test APIs and help integration partners with proper setup.
• Experience in creating Knowledge Base Articles, reports and dashboards in ServiceNow.
• Experience with trouble shooting; Ability to analyze the root cause and provide solutions for the fix.
• Manage backlog, and priority in conjunction with Product Management
• Produce status updates, conduct Iteration reviews, and participate in the System Demo demonstrations within Agile Release Train and stakeholders meetings.
