J&J SCT Quality Compliance Labs Team is looking for a candidate that can serve 50% as a Sr. BA and 50% as Project Manager on their Enterprise Data Curation project.
They are looking for a senior/experienced candidate that can perform both a BA role but also serve as a stakeholder manager than can work
closely with their business partners to help educate them on what is needed to engage to help drive accountability.
Individuals would be able to perform stakeholder management and milestone management and have awareness of the details of what’s being
requested with the ability to help them get it done when needed.
 
 Primary Responsibilities:
1.  Connect with new Data SMEs to educate them on what’s required
2.  Elicit requirements from stakeholders related to their data needs
3.  Write User Stories and help manage stakeholders throughout Agile sprints
4.  Educate stakeholders on UAT process and provide direction on completing Test Protocol, Test
Scripts, and Test report (and potentially help if needed
5.  Strong communication and collaboration skills are a must
 
Core Competentices:
 
·      Business requirements management and development:
·      Create detailed business requirements and/or user stories, use cases and acceptance
 
criteria.
·      Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, users and technical resources to ensure that the
system design adequately reflects the business requirements and customer needs
 
·      Determine which approaches would ensure complete understanding by downstream stakeholders
as well as business and stakeholders of the requirements including use cases and/or user stories, visualization, mapping and other rRDM/SDLC requirement
artifacts, including use of baseline framework to map business process flows
·      Detailed documentation of confirmed business processes to serve as reference for development and IT support
 
·      Apply compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, provide documentation and participate in compliance activities as required.
 
·      Prepare and update traceability matrix
·      Writes, manages, and clarifies detailed user stories and may develop use cases for complex requirements
·      Acts a liaison between IT project team and the business community
·      Facilitate team interaction as well as foster strong IT business relationships
·      Assists in the planning and development of system testing procedures.
·      Assists in user acceptance testing and may assist unit testers so that requirements are satisfied.
 
Qualifications:
 
·      5+ years of hands-on IT business analysis experience, preferably in an enterprise environment across multiple teams and business information systems
 
·      Supply chain project experience is requirement,
 
·      Must have Agile methodology experience and writing user stories with JIRA
 
·      Must have experience working with Tableau and/or Qlik from a functional standpoint
 
·      Experience  with data & analytics projects is required; should have a good understanding of gathering data requirements and business rules for KPI creation.
 
·      Experience developing user requirements/user stories are required
 
·      Supply chain procurement experience is preferred
 
·      Experience with product backlog decomposition is preferred
