Role: Cloud Analyst Location: Mexico or possibly remote or possibly combination of both Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, 
Information Technology or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution is required. Certification in Azure. Required Non-Technical Skills English language - 
Good verbal and written communication skills. Results oriented - Highly
 
detail-oriented and productivity-oriented Excellent attention to detail and good analytical skills Trustworthy seeks to earn the respect and trust of others.
 
Organized, timely, and customer service-oriented Ability to work well independently and in a team setting Adaptability, flexibility and ability to deal with 
ambiguity and change Mandatory Experience in Cloud or infrastructure operation Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project) 
English proficiency Experience on Cloud Analytics or Cloud Economics Description of the Role The Cloud Analyst will help in Cloud Support for the daily operation. 
Working with different vendors and Business Partners.
 
The position should have experience in Content creation in Microsoft Sharepoint, , Knowledge of Cloud technologies is highly preferred.
 
Responsibilities of the Role Results oriented on decision taking of Cloud Operations and Economics. Works on critical incidents related with Hosting and Cloud Operations. 
Work with various technical groups from the Network, Server, Identity Management, Security, Database Administrators, and Application Development groups Build and maintain architecture diagrams, 
ensuring due diligence and a realistic implementation path Provide best practices of designing, configuring, and maintaining Cloud environment Preferred Experience in the following technologies: - 
Spanish speaking, and written - Enterprise Architecture - Azure Architecture - A Postgraduate qualification in Technology
