Turnberry has been working with Optum Behavioral Health for 2 years. OBH is a $5+ billion business inside Optum - https://www.optum.com/business/solutions/behavioral
-health.html They are on a multi year journey to sunset legacy systems and move toward a new modern platform for clinical and non-clinical patients and internal 
providers, clinicians, agents. The new platform is called OCM – Optum Clinical Manager. We have lead several engagements and have team members inside the business 
today on the product side. They are looking for additional Product Owners to support transformation of their FACETS platform. FACETS is a core administration solution 
for health plans. It automates common healthcare administrative tasks, including claims processing, billing, care management, and network management workflow. 
Nathan Tyler leads product teams and is a great leader who works to maximize everyone’s skillsets and interest. They view Turnberry like partners and consultants 
and part of the team. The Product Owner is accountable for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the Scrum Teams. 
 
Responsibilities: 
Establishes a product goal and vision 
Ensures the business model of the product aligns with organizational goals and strategy 
Can breakdown vision into features and stories 
Manages product roadmap 
Establishes measurable value of the product and methods to validate those outcomes 
Ensures the product vision is broken down into actionable areas and user stories that can be refined to create the product backlog 
Has authority backlog prioritization and deployment 
Responsible for maximizing the value of the product and the work of the development team 
Partners with scrum teams as part of Agile ceremonies and support to delivery teams Sign-off of UAT 
 
Required Qualifications: 
7+ years of business, product, or IT experience 
4+ years leading agile transformation efforts spanning across business and technology 
3+ years in the role of Product Owner and working with agile scrum teams
