Job Title: Digital Project manager
Location: remote
Job Description:
Efficiently drive the largest, strategic company initiatives across internal and external partners.
Ensure the multiple work streams required for successful delivery are planned, executed, and communicated well.
Create project plans by identifying workstreams, establishing owners, getting alignment on timelines, and more.
Surface and communicate risks while actively working to mitigate them.
Maintain operational and communication cadence to hold partners accountable and ensure successful delivery of programs
Accountable for the entire project lifecycle, working alongside the strategy team and managing multidisciplinary teams from strategy, tech, product, etc.
7+ years of Project Management experience with at least 3 of those in the digital space, with fintech experience preferred
Demonstrated experience with project, change management and associated methodologies, techniques, process, approaches, and tools
Proven experience working with multidisciplinary teams both internally and externally as required from strategy, tech, product, etc.
Display strong consulting and collaborating skills to work with partners to understand business problems and focus on bringing issues to resolution, escalating as necessary to meet timelines.
Exhibits superior communication skills, both oral and written
Advanced problem-solving skills: ability to identify and remove roadblocks
Strong scope management and ability to set programs up for success
Takes ownership and responsibility for work, is proactive
Demonstrates initiative and creativity in all work efforts. Pursues objectives beyond what is required or expected. Able to mobilize and empower others.
Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and tactical levels to consistently meet/exceed planned objectives
Extensive experience working on digital initiatives
