DIRECT CLIENT REQUIREMENT :Java Developer with Dot Net Experience Consultant @NY

Greetings!
Please find below a requirement that we have with one of our direct clients.

Title: Java Developer with Dot Net Experience

Location: NY

 

The developer in this position will be involved in building features and products to enhance RDA's internal workflow and content management systems.

 

Overall experience: 4-5 yrs, 2-3 yrs web technology experience, preferred 1-2 yrs in a publishing environment, must be able to manage time and projects, must be a team player and be able to work with others

 

Coding:

Strong knowledge of .net, vb, C, Ajax, Perl, MS SQL and SOAP coding

Extensive java and java script experience

Knowledge of Domino/Notes

Knowledge of Perl

JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, and other open source tools is a major plus

 

Web technologies--

Strong knowledge of xml databases, xml, xslt, css

Experience with of all common browser platforms: IE, Firefox, Safari, etc

 

Very good to have--

SQL, Mac OS X environment

 

5 plus years of software development

BS/MS degree in CS or equivalent.
