Qualified candidates will have the following skills/experience:
* Lotus Notes/Domino Administration - Experience in Lotus Notes/Domino 8.x a plus
* Understanding of Domino architecture and required infrastructure
* Extensive and advanced hands-on troubleshooting skills on Domino and Lotus Notes Clients
* Expert knowledge in Domino concepts such as replication, archival, journaling, routing, and clustering
* SMTP Internet email - Expert knowledge in internal and internet email routing concepts and MailMarshal content filtering software
* Mobile wireless experience - BES
* Support of Domino development
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Experience documenting requirements in a clear, concise form
* Ability to research and learn new software and adapt to changes in technology
* Ability to work with non-technical subject matter experts to understand business requirements and synthesize into technical specifications.
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
* Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Exchange migration experience a plus
