• Requirements Gathering and developing functional specifications and provide input to design and recommendations on alternatives
• Functional knowledge of the Siebel product suites, knowledge of industry / Functional business processes
• Should have knowledge on Siebel development process will give the necessary knowledge / exposure needed to understand the insides of Siebel from development perspective,
• Transform business requirements into Siebel functional requirements in such a way as to minimize custom code and keep the Siebel implementation as generic as possible
• Develop and assist with test cases and perform system and unit end to end testing
• Requirement gathering, Cost-benefit analysis, GAP analysis between customer needs and Siebel Objects and Functionality
• Bridge the gap between technical team and business user needs
• Sound knowledge on solution design and mapping business requirements
• Good knowledge of manufacturing industry business processes
• Siebel Sales Application 8.x
• Siebel 8.x Quoting & order management functionality
• Good understanding of Siebel PRM
• Strong Communication Skills.
• Strong Problem solving skills with the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
• Documentation skills, communication skills, inter-personal skills and analytical skills
• Should have worked as onsite lead and supported the offshore team with his inputs.
• Siebel 8.x BA certification (optional)
