Position: Informatica Admin
Location: Raleigh, NC
Duration: 10+ Months

Exp.: 5-7 Years.
 
Required Technical Skills:

•         Experience in setting up & configuring enterprise Informatica Implementation with Powercenter 8.X (8.6 and further preferable) on Linux / Solaris
•         Experience in maintaining security through effective management of users/groups and OS Profiles
•         Experience with PowerCenter Enterprise HA & Grid (v8x).
•         Experience in monitoring the environments and suggesting improvements for stability & performance tuning.
•         Experience in Implementation of Hotfixes / EBFs / Upgrades etc
•         Experience in the implementation of maintenance activities like Powerdowns / Reboots etc
•         Understand the need for BCP, have knowledge of DR requirements and perform DR tests
•         Strong Solaris / Linux knowledge. Knowledge of scripting will be an added advantage.
•         Experience in handling Incident and Change Management requests through Remedy tool
•         Coordinate with internal clients / storage /Unix / DBA / NOC teams to resolve issues
•         Experience in liaising with Informatica Corp for Product issues
•         Experience in Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), Informatica Data Explorer (IDE), Informatica Metadata Manager (MM) and Complex Data Exchange (CDE) would be added advantage
