Key Responsibilities: The DRM Consultant role will join the SIT/TGP team supporting Hyperion DRM implementation for Accenture Consulting. DRM Consultant will work the DRM Track Lead to assist in designing, developing, and deploying HYPERION DRM applications; perform approved enhancements, investigate master data discrepancies; execute master data conversions; and, develop/update technical documents and specifications. The DRM Consultant will also supervise junior team members and work closely with functional and technical client teams to develop requirements, validate master data, conduct demos, , develop test plans, and develop presentations. This position requires 100% travel. • Create requirements documents, Demonstrate very strong problem solving ability, logic, and excellent analytical skills • Develop, maintain, and enhance requirements traceability matrix, process flow documents, FDs and TDs • Participate in design session for enhancements to the system • Analyze Business Requirements • Create Use Cases, Functional, Technical, and Data specifications for enhancements • Execute master data conversion; work with business users and business analyst to resolve master data discrepancies; work with in-business owners of master data subscribing systems to validate masterdata and address discrepancies. • Build Hyperion DRM application components per track lead guidance and specifications • Support internal unit testing, product testing cycles, and application deployment • Perform QA for Dev to Dev internal and external testing • Production Support: Investigate problems identified in production • Supervise junior team members Preferred Skill Requirements: • Technical knowledge, web services to understand interactions between systems. • Strong problem solving ability, logic, and analytical skills • Strong customer service, written and oral communication skills • Experience leading technical teams. • Exposure to Oracle-Hyperion applications a plus. • Exposure to Hyperion Data Relationship Management (DRM) application a plus. • Exposure to EAI tools like Infomatica and ODI a plus. • Proven ability delivering complex and time sensitive projects • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills • Experienced in full Software Development Lifecycle or Consulting Delivery Methodology. • Experience in Iterative, and Agile Development methods
