- Need Experience in SILVER LIGHT

- Good in Communication

- Strong in .NET Technologies

- VB.NET and WinForms

- WCF and Web services

- Knowledge of XMLs

- Enterprise Application Blocks

- Design Patterns

- MVP/MVC knowledge is a must

- Experienced with databases  access technologies like  ADO.NET,  Data Access Application Blocks
