SAP ERP Specialist MUST HAVE SAP Plant Maintenance module
Location: CO
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 6 Months to start off with high chances of extension.

 

ERP Specialist

 This position is responsible for configuring and supporting the SAP Plant Maintenance module. This partner acts as the primary interface to the user community and must be an expert in the business process involved, so they can act as a facilitator, architect, and implementer. Must be able to document designs and communicate any code requirements to the ABAP development team.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for configuring and supporting the Plant Maintenance module of SAP.
•  Works with users, programmers, and other analysts to design, test, and improve current processes as well as to develop new business processes.
•  Interface with business process owners to facilitate process improvement and develop new functionality.
• Develop documentation for systems and processes
•  Mentoring, coaching, and developing partners.
• Reviews software upgrades for applicability and conflicts with customization.
• Keeps continually informed on new technologies affecting related business processes and brings this information into the problem solving process.

  Skills Required:

• Must have at least 5+ years experience with SAP Plant Maintenance.
• Ability to analyze user needs and architect complete solutions.
• Must have participated in at least 2 full life-cycle implementations from requirements gathering to go-live.
• Ability to listen, understand and facilitate process improvements.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relational skills required.
•  Project Management Skills.
• Must have a focus on customer satisfaction.
•  Must be adaptable and capable of absorbing new concepts and situations rapidly.
• Must be a strong team player.
•  Must be willing to travel occasionally.
