SharePoint Senior Developer with deep C# skills comfortable writing WebParts, defining Web Templates, MasterPages, Workflows, etc. Someone that understands that portals can be used for collaboration, WCM, composite applications, etc. This person has to be willing to write code in VB.Net to support the existing codebase. Understanding of security would be helpful too (NTLM, Kerberos, CBA).
