We are looking for:
C++ Linux Developer - Oil & Gas domain
Houston, TX, United States
6 months+
Atleast 5 years of IT experience.
Must have 3+ years work experience in developing software in Linux environment
Working experience developing in C++ and scripting languages (e.g. CSH, KSH, Bash, Perl, Tk/tcl, Python, etc.)
Ability to work with multiple vendor teams and influence/drive vendors to delivering/completing on time Strong knowledge working with compilers
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
Strong written and interpersonal communications skills
Ability to complete high quality work on schedule
Familiar with software development methodologies (i.e. Agile SCRUM)
Good knowledge and experience with Object-Oriented Design and Programming is desired
Preferred Skills:
3 – 5 years of experience Oil & Gas industry experience (Upstream)
