Job Description:

Direct project team through the PMM and SEM phases of the projects, and perform other project related activities as necessary. Develop, implement, communicate, and enforce all project management processes, guidelines, and procedures associated with individual projects. Develops and manages the relationship and expectations of the Client agency managers through project management and change management methods. Directs projects team consisting of client staff, contractors/vendors, and consultants by enforcing PMM and SEM Methodologies. Directs the activities necessary to develop and maintain software documentation of Customer Applications. Derives options and estimates for the design, development, testing and implementation of software projects. Determines the need for and coordinates the involvement of other internal divisions. Facilitates sessions with business partners to schedule and implement various application development projects.

• 8+ years project management experience

• 5 yrs experience managing large scale application customization projects

• 3-5 year's experience on State government projects

• SUITE, SEM and PMM Experience

• Communication skills

• Experience providing transfer of knowledge once a project has been completed

• Experience with IP-based physical environment monitoring systems
