We are in need of 8  SQL Tester  roles in   Portland , OR .. These are  12+  month contracts. Rate is $  Open  hr    per hour

 

SQL Tester 

Experience Requirements

Must have proven experience in:

 

 A thorough understanding of Structured Query Language (SQL)

 

Direct experience with Microsoft SQL 2005 or greater (prefer SQL 2008R2 or 2012 experience)

 

Candidates have had adequate Access and Excel knowledge, but have been missing simple SQL knowledge.  Here is what the manager wants more focus on from the requisition;

 

SQL server - able to write basic stored procedures to perform actions, views to support forms, and possibly creating and modifying some tables and properly relating them to other tables using foreign keys.

 

Recursive stored-procedure calls, as well as complex joins (mutliple-table inner joins, cross-joins, and joins on subquery results) and SQL statements (like CASE WHEN and COALESCE).
