Required Skills

·         Candidate must have at least seven (7) years of experience as project manager/business analyst managing web-based .NET applications, gathering and documenting business requirements, developing functional requirements, creating wireframes and mockups, and creating test plans.

·         Candidate must be a technical project manager/business analyst who will work closely with developers of a 2-3 member team.

·         The candidate must have strong experience working with SQL and will be using it on daily basis writing select, insert, and update statements for data analysis and testing purposes.

·         The candidate must have recent experience in a .NET/SQL 2008 software development environment.

·         Must have at least one (1) year experience in an Agile team as a project manager/business analyst.

Desired Skills

·         Proficiency with Axure Professional.

·         Familiarity with DOHMH Financial Systems.

·         Familiarity with NYC Financial Systems such as FMS.

·         Experience collaborating with cross functional teams on large-scale projects.

·         Experience in Microsoft team foundation server environment.

·         Experience working in Agile/SCRUM development environment (minimum 1 years of experience).

·         Ability to quickly learn and understand basic Accounting and Budgeting concepts and related data.

·         Project experience with any NYC Technology initiatives.
