o10+ years of software development experience
o7 years of experience in building large scale and highly distributed systems
o7 years of onsite customer facing consulting skills
o4+ year's experience developing SOA Applications using BEA Technical Stack.
o4+ year's experience coding Java/J2EE
o2+ year's experience integrating distributed Applications including .NET, J2EE, and Client/Server Applications.
o2+ yrs experience in Architecture Analysis/Design, as well as demonstrated ability to solve end customers problems.
oExperience in a Banking, finance domain would be plus.
