Client:                 Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, ITS System Office

Responsibilities

·         Follow the change management process stipulated by the System Director of Enterprise Services and Enterprise Services Manager.

·         Provide qualified staff with listed skills.

Required Skills

·         Any combination of post-secondary education in Business, Information technology or related IT field and two (2) years of experience in computing, problem solving, and/or troubleshooting

·         One (1) year help desk and/or call center software experience (such as RightNow and/or Cisco Call Center), knowledge of current network and desktop operating systems and expert knowledge of email, instant messaging and computer telephony integrated applications.

Desired Skills

·         The ability to work well under stress

·         Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team

·         Ability to speak effectively to discuss personal computer system topics with students, staff, and faculty

·         Ability to write technical/user documentation
