Urgently Required Performance Tester in Bellevue, WA


Job Title : Performance Tester

Duration : 12 Month

Rate : 55$/Hr.

Work Location : Bellevue, WA


•Experience in functional, performance/load and security testing of Web Services (SOAP, XML/HTTP, REST/HTTP) APIs and platform.
•Experience in using testing tools such as SOAPUI and Webinject for functional testing and Jmeter and Pylot for Performance testing or similar tools.
•Experience in automation frameworks, Experience in creating data driven test automation scripts. 
•Good understanding of Web Services especially REST.
•Thorough understanding of testing concepts and methodology including test strategy, test planning, test design, test governance, defect management, STLC, Bug Lifecycle etc. 
•Ability to prepare test plans and write test cases.
•Experience in collecting performance data, analyzing the data, and preparing reports and providing recommendations for performance improvement.
•Ability to analyze data gathered from performance tests for measuring application performance, availability and capacity for ensuring optimal user experience and reducing hardware cost.
•Ability to troubleshoot issues in load and performance test environment.
•Good communication skills and ability to participate and contribute to daily meetings with Customer.
•Good Coordination and Task Management skills.
•Willingness to work in a flexible schedule in order to gather data from long running tests and prepare reports for submission to Customer.
•Knowledge of Content Storage domain will be added advantage.
