Job Title: Technical Business Analyst
Work Location: Auburn Hills, MI
Duration: 6+ Months
Job Description:
• Can plan technology business analysis activities
• Can conduct, document and confirm elicitation outcomes
• Can uncover needs that clients would not be able to articulate on their own
• Can identify requirements to ensure end-to-end service performance from the end-user's perspective
• Can organize, prioritize, analyze and verify requirements
• Can influence client decision making to optimize requirement prioritization
• Can drive consensus for desired future state that meets business objectives
• Can engage and educate developers on business context of solution
• Can manage traceability from concept through deployed solution validation
• Can guide and manage interactions with technology vendors
• Can act as a mentor/coach to other technology business analysts
• Minimum of 8 years in a technology business analyst role
Preferred
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation
Financial services/banking experience – credit/ loans knowledge
Experience with infrastructure and communication networks
