We have an immediate need of SharePoint Solution Architect with one of our client in Washington,DC.

Skills and Experience required:

·               Minimum 8 years of hands-on working in Sharepoint (2013, 2010, 2007, 2003) with ASPX, .NET, SQL Server

·               Architect solutions for Large Enterprise (10,000+) applications with branch offices connecting from high, low bandwidth.

·               Thorough knowledge and hands-on in Sharepoint 2013 feature set, including but not limited to: Design Manager to manage multiple device channels, Content Management systems

·               Thorough knowledge and hands-on in Sharepoint 2013 Social features including but not limited to Activity feeds, Collaboration, My Sites & Team Sites, Blogs, Discussion Boards, Wikis, Azure Workflows.

·               Demonstrated knowledge integrating with LOB applications, ECM and Enterprise search, Business Connectivity services to various backend systems using (including Bank's external Social networking presence).

·               Strong knowledge of Sharepoint Object Model, Architecting applications adhering to OWASP specification.

·               Strong knowledge in Content types, Lists, Term Store Mgmt, Reusable Site Templates, Themes, Branding, complex Workflow (Series, Parallel) development, User Management based on business requirement.

·               Thorough knowledge on Sharepoint OOTB functionality and experience customizing them for quick deliveries.

·               Strong knowledge in i) reusable Web Parts, ii) connecting Web Parts.

·               Strong Experience in database queries and procedure, connecting to various external databases.

·               Experience with Sharepoint 2010 and migration to Sharepoint 2013.

·               Strong knowledge, experience in AD, ADFS, Forms based Authentication.

·               Extensive experience with leading standards like, Web2.0, JSON, RSS, XML, XSL, HTML(5), XHTML, CSS(3), LDAP and Unicode.

·               Strong ability to recommend Sharepoint features based on the user requirement

·               Experience identifying regression testing modules in Sharepoint for every Server upgrade, Service Pack upgrade

·               Demonstrated knowledge, experience in separating the Authoring, Publishing sides of the websites.

·               Demonstrated knowledge, experience in implementing Sharepoint Best Practices.

·               Strong knowledge on caching, at application and various others layers, in the http request/response.

·               Strong knowledge developing dashboard using reporting services.

·               Strong experience with JQuery and/or similar JavaScript web/mobile framework.

Skills and Experience preferred:

·               Experience of the server/farm landscape, administration is a plus.

·               Experience in Multimedia solutions (like YouTube, ted) is a plus.

·               Experience export/importing Workflows to/from VISO/Sharepoint

·               Strong knowledge in InfoPath.

·               Microsoft Certification on Sharepoint is a plus.

 

3.            Responsibilities:

The Architect will be responsible for the following deliverables:

 

o             Ability to demonstrate quick PoCs for SP'13 features to technology team.

o             Translate client requirements to technical design that can implemented using Sharepoint 2013

o             Prepare/update design documents (HLD, LLD).

o             Design a framework in Sharepoint for Reusable Sites/Content Types, Templates, Web Parts based on the requirements.

o             Design an Enterprise Term Store for Metadata and Taxonomy needs.

o             Provide solutions to custom requirements like access type sites - Anonymous, AD, ADFS, Form based authentication to access, Workflows and Notifications, user management, Omniture for Web Analytics.

o             Integrate with Enterprise Taxonomy to refresh the taxonomy lists such as countries, topics, language, etc...

o             Integrate with Bank's central document management system (Documentum)

o             Integrate with Bank's internal social collaboration (Jive), External - Facebook/Twitter accounts.

o             Front End Integration for contents that originate outside of CMS using data extracts.  Data extract APIs will be provided.

o             Provide solution for content delivery for various form factors based on User Agent (Desktop, Tablet, Mobile)

o             Provide solution that performs well in low bandwidth countries.

o             Provide solutions that follow the OWASP specification to get clearance from Office of Information Security (OIS)

o             Provide solutions to automatically detect and render based on the form factor (Desktop, Tablet, Mobile)

o             Work with QA team to create the regression testing scripts.

o             Work with the central deployment team to set up application build and deploy process.

o             Integrate content for CDA using APIs provided for contents that reside outside of CMS.

o             Provide solutions to build Reports on - User, Usage and other reports based on the user needs.
