1              AIX                                         4 - Very Good         5-7 Years            Warn

2              Documentation                5 - Expert                   5-7 Years           Block

3              Firewall                                4 - Very Good          5-7 Years           Warn

 

 

Professional services required

Minimum of two (2) senior IT systems engineer resources with extensive operational and design experience in the following technologies (5-7 years+) preferred:

•             Wintel server build, troubleshooting and support (Physical and virtual)

•             Recent VMWare experience (Design/build/P2V/V2V)

•             UNIX/AIX support experience (hardware/software/design/build)

•             High degree of comfort with Cisco ASA firewalls and F5 load balancers

•             Ability to work independently as well as part of a high frequency touch-point team as the project requires

•             Ability to completely own high visibility time-sensitive tasks and take them to completion as required

•             Demonstrated understanding of and ability to work effectively within Enterprise IT service management controls (ITIL)

•             Understanding of Enterprise IT monitoring and alerting design and support

•             Experience in supporting a highly available production environment subject to financial audit
